We took ownership of 35 Grosvenor Terrace York in February 2023 as a 1st holiday rental project.

My background is 20 years working in retail within the buying departments, and in 2017 setting up my own online home furnishings business www.myglamorousplace.com, and commercial interiors business www.boxinteriors.co.uk - you may recognise some of the furniture and decor in the house on both these sites!!!!

I love all things interiors, and enjoyed furnishing 35 Grosvenor Terrace from top to toe. If there is anything you think the property needs please don't hesitate to drop us a line. We have just joined the fad and added an air fryer :), and are always open to anything else that might make your stay better.
